What’s up folks? I’m here to show you the best way to approach the upcoming holiday in New Orleans! So buckle up nerds, it’ll be a hoot! 

Since 1852 opening day at the Fairgrounds Racetrack on Thanksgiving Day is a must do! Races start at 1:30pm sharp. Play the ponies and enjoy looking at all the fancy hats! People really style out for this one so bring your A-game! There’s always a massive feast, but, that’s been sold out for months so better luck next year. Cooking at home is best anyhow. Bayou Classic Thanksgiving Day Parade 11/29

Bayou Classic 11/29 4pm

This is a massive old-school rivalry between Southern University and Grambling State University that brings intense football fun to New Orleans each November at the Dome!
